WILLINGNESS TO PERFORM ADMINISTRATION TASKS

You must be willing to complete basic administration tasks for RFM occasionally. Volunteers may be called upon for special project work or to cover one-off periods of relief.

ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY

You must be able to effectively communicate with outside stakeholders and RFM personnel.

RFM is driven by its ability to produce results. All personnel (whether paid or unpaid) must contribute to its ultimate mission: limiting the fire service coverage gap in regional locations. Achieving positive outcomes in all areas is the minimum required standard.
